Genfoquest Analytica (GQA) is a big data analytics company with a specific focus on bioinformatics. Founded in 2022 at Ege Teknopark, Izmir, Türkiye, we are dedicated to democratizing multi-omics insights through fast, scalable bioinformatics solutions.

Our core expertise lies in AI-powered software for transcriptomics, single-cell analysis, and drug discovery. We process large-scale omics data, enabling biomarker discovery via cell atlas generation.

Ph.D. from UMass Medical School (2017), specializing in transcriptome analysis, mutation profiling, and NGS technologies. Former Bioinformatics Scientist at Harvard University developing analytical methods for single-cell RNA sequencing. Currently faculty member in Bioengineering at Ege University, leading the Bioinformatics and Molecular Genetics Laboratory.
